Following in the footsteps of their successful line-up of decade themed services Absolute Radio 70s will emulate the UK radio of the '70s, which raised no barriers to any music genre.  Pop, soul, new wave and mainstream rock all combine to create The Soundtrack to 70s Britain.

Absolute Radio 70s will be a service where you can hear the legends of today's music industry at the peak of their musical creativity. Music from artists such as Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Marvin Gaye, Slade, T Rex, Jackson 5, Blondie, Sweet and David Bowie will create a kaleidoscope of classic songs for a forty-something generation -  and for everyone who just loves great songs, regardless of genre.
